1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and heyboji ("heyboji", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://heyboji.net. By accessing the heyboji website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the heyboji service, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.2 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative version. heyboji operates in English as its primary service language for the Bangladesh market.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to heyboji and participation in any real-money gaming or sports betting activity on the platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of these requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any heyboji service. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. heyboji conducts age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may request certified copies of government-issued identity documents at any stage of your account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. 2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one heyboji account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the details of another person — is a serious violation of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, heyboji reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed across those accounts, and confiscate any balances therein without compensation.

2.4 Employee Exclusion

Current employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members of heyboji and its affiliated technology, payment, and gaming service providers are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming or betting on the heyboji platform. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and sports betting on heyboji, you must first complete the account registration process. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a Bangladesh mobile number, and your preferred payment method details. 3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.3 Username and Password

You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. heyboji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted from your account while logged in with your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility.

3.4 Account Security Features

heyboji offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for all player accounts. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to protect their account from unauthorised access. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on heyboji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). heyboji does not charge fees on deposits. Processing times and minimum/maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are summarised below.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amounts

The minimum deposit amount on heyboji varies by payment method. As a general guide, mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) carry a minimum deposit of ৳200. Bank transfer deposits carry a minimum of ৳500. International card deposits carry a minimum of ৳1,000. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the heyboji finance team within one to three business days from the date of request submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. heyboji will not process withdrawal requests to payment methods other than those used to make deposits, unless exceptional circumstances apply and verification has been completed.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Players must have successfully completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by heyboji are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements express the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be bet through eligible games before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total eligible bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

5.2 Game Contribution Percentages

Not all games on heyboji contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed toward meeting the wagering requirement. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued by heyboji carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time window — typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited, as stated per offer — the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited from the player's account without further notice. heyboji is not obligated to remind players of approaching bonus expiry deadlines.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

heyboji operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts; withdrawing a deposit immediately after claiming a no-wagering-requirement bonus in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay; using low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements; and colluding with other players to meet wagering thresholds artificially. Where bonus abuse is detected, heyboji reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated bets, and close the player's account without prior notice.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all real-money gaming and sports betting activity conducted on the heyboji platform. Game-specific rules for individual casino titles are governed by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others) and are accessible within each game's interface.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered confirmed and binding once heyboji's system has accepted it and a confirmation message or reference number has been displayed. heyboji is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side, device failure, or internet interruptions. 6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure during a casino game session, heyboji reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the bet amount to the player's account. This applies to all casino games including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games. Game malfunction voids all pays and plays — this is a universal principle enforced by heyboji's game providers.

6.4 Currency and Odds Format

All financial amounts on heyboji are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. Sportsbook odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Players may adjust their preferred odds format in their account settings. All payout calculations use the odds at the time of bet confirmation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any activity that undermines the integrity of the heyboji platform, harms other players, or violates applicable law. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets, and confiscation of balances:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one heyboji player account, whether under your own details or under false or borrowed identities.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the platform, or otherwise interact with heyboji games or markets without direct human input.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive format available on heyboji.
• Money laundering: Using heyboji accounts to deposit, transfer, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. heyboji is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.
• Fraud: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment credentials, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or otherwise deceiving heyboji or its payment partners.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or other technical faults to place bets or accumulate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal conditions.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

Any player may request the closure of their heyboji account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, heyboji will process any pending withdrawals of the remaining real-money balance to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by heyboji

heyboji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where: a player has violated any provision of these Terms; fraudulent, prohibited, or suspicious activity is detected on the account; the account is subject to a law enforcement request or regulatory inquiry; KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe; or heyboji determines that continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, reputational, or compliance risk to the platform.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their access to heyboji for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion options range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation by the heyboji support team and cannot be reversed until the chosen exclusion period expires. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. heyboji reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in and reactivates normal account activity. Players will be notified via their registered email before dormancy fees begin to apply. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be returned to the player upon request, subject to KYC verification.

8.5 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the internal policies of heyboji. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the heyboji platform, you agree to first contact heyboji's support team to seek an informal resolution. heyboji aims to respond to all formal disputes within five business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, heyboji and the player agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration, with proceedings conducted in English. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, heyboji's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the heyboji platform, or any game or bet placed thereon shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. heyboji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the heyboji platform.

8.7 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with heyboji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and heyboji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of whatever nature. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
